The ANFPP team includes the Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Home Visitors (NHVs) and Family Partnership Workers (FPWs) who are supported by the National Support Service and the employing Partner Organisations. The Family Partnership Worker works with the Nurse Home Visitor who is responsible for delivery of the program with fidelity to the NFP guidelines.

A team approach ensures clients are supported by the appropriate health professionals and Family Partnership Workers, who represent Indigenous perspectives and interests. Family Partnership Workers are integral to program delivery, creating a team approach consistent with other Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.

The ANFPP team members are all equally important, with the success of the program relying on their collaboration, planning, communication and team work.
